We offer standard shipping within Canada, with orders typically processed within 5 business days. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering, a rushed order fee will apply for rushed orders. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $30.00 and customers receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary, and we appreciate your patience. Free Delivery Policy

Customers who have rented our rental items and opted for delivery or free pick-up in Hanover, Ontario, are eligible for complimentary delivery of their candle orders. Once the rental items have been secured and the delivery or pick-up option has been selected, customers can enjoy free delivery of their candle purchases to the same location.
